This is one of those brands that was never going to be average. They already had the cool factor handled. Great collaborations, great photography, a strong online presence, all of it. The weak spot was what happened after someone bought. That part was not quite living up to the rest. So we came in to plan, design and implement the email flows that make a brand feel just as good after checkout as it does before it. We designed emails that are genuinely nice to receive, which, for marketing emails, is honestly a miracle.
