Hiring a designer is the difference between “this looks nice” and “this actually works.” Through branding, collateral, development, and everything that sits around it (yes, email, yes, content, yes, copy too), we’ll build something that doesn’t just look good in isolation, but holds up as a whole.
I’m not just here to design things, though. I’m here to make sense of them. Because most of the time, the issue isn’t that you need “a new website” or “a rebrand.” It’s that nothing is fully connecting. The visuals don’t match the positioning. The website doesn’t support the offer. The messaging kind of works… until it doesn’t.
And suddenly you’re redesigning things for the third time wondering why it still feels off. So instead of fixing things one piece at a time, we fix the system. How it sells. How it looks. How it communicates. How it’s experienced. Because if those things aren’t aligned, no amount of “pretty” is going to save it.
Hi, I’m Stephanny, but most call me Nina like my great grandmother used to. I’m the person you hire when you’re tired of circling the same problem from five different angles and getting nowhere. Not because you’re incapable, of course, but because you’re too close to it. So you end up with a brand that technically exists, but doesn’t fully land.
My job is to step in, connect the dots, and make it make sense. So when you see it, there’s no hesitation. No “maybe we tweak this”, just: “yes, that’s it”. And if I’m being honest, that’s usually the moment clients realise the problem was never execution. It was structure. That’s why my goal is never building random deliverables, it’s helping you come up with a system.
The best part? Your only responsibilities during the project are showing up to the briefing meeting and giving feedback when needed. That’s it. My team and I will handle everything else. So if you’re sitting there thinking “okay, but what do I actually need here?”, this is where we figure that out.
