K08 started as a small family kiosk on the beach in Rio and somehow turned into a full resort up north. Not in a “let’s scale this fast” way, more like… wind, time, and a lot of salt. When they opened in Galinhos, they brought us in to figure out how this all holds together without losing what made it special in the first place. We built a full identity system across the Club and the Bungalows, from uniforms to menus to signage, then tied everything into one website that actually makes sense of it all. Kitesurfing, hospitality, food. New place, same story.
